Just looking? Sign in with demo and the password demo to try the whole toolbox with made-up sample people, visits, prayer requests, sermons, a letterhead, and a certificate.
A banner on every page of the demo account says the information is made up. The demo resets to fresh sample data every week.
The sign-in page now mentions the demo account.

Install the toolbox on your phone, tablet, or computer like an app, with its own icon. On Android and in Chrome or Edge, choose "Install the app" on the Account page. On iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Turn on notifications on the Account page to get follow-up reminders on your phone. Like reminder emails, they never include names or notes. Tapping one opens the follow-up.
Choose whether follow-up reminders also come by email.
See every device with notifications on, send a test, or turn one off.
A friendly page when you are offline. Your records are never stored on the device.
Shortcuts from the app icon (press and hold): Log a visit, Visit list, and Prayer list.

New Visit list in Pastoral Care: everyone in the hospital and everyone homebound, with directions, phone numbers, and how long since your last visit. The people you have gone longest without visiting are listed first.
Print the visit list as a PDF on your letterhead, with a blank column for notes.
Mark someone as in the hospital from their page ("In the hospital?"), with the hospital and room. Choose "Home from the hospital" when they go home.
Logging a hospital visit puts the person on the visit list automatically.
Called or Texted buttons next to each name on the People list log it in one tap. Add notes or undo it right after.

Add someone new while logging a communication, visit, or counseling session. Type their name under "Or add someone new" and they are added to your people when you save.
Merge two people who were added twice. Their communications, visits, counseling notes, and prayer requests all move to one record. You choose which details to keep where the two records disagree, and blank details are filled in from the other record.
Find duplicates on the People page lists everyone who shares a name, phone number, or email with someone else.
A person's page now points out a possible duplicate, with a link to compare the two.

If you use the private vault, a passkey can now unlock it too, so signing in with your fingerprint, face, or PIN opens your records without typing your password.
On the Security page, choose "Let this passkey unlock my vault" for each passkey. New passkeys are set up for this automatically.

Subscribe to a private calendar feed that keeps all of your follow-ups on your phone's calendar.

Optional private vault: your records are locked with your password and a recovery key that only you hold, so not even the people who run the server can read them.
Download a care record for one person as a PDF or text file.
Download a full backup of everything, or just your sermons, as a ZIP file.

Prayer list: keep open and answered prayer requests, print it with or without names. Prayer requests typed into a care entry are added automatically.
Two-step sign-in with an emailed code, and passkeys for signing in with your fingerprint, face, or PIN.
Follow-up reminder emails, the same day or the day before. The emails never include names or notes.
